These terms govern your use of Silsila (operated by [Owner Name], [Full postal address], New Delhi, India) and every booking you make. By creating an account, booking a ticket, or using the site, you accept them.

You must be 18+ to create an account or book. Keep your credentials confidential; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket. Tickets are valid only for the named event, date, and time; each admits the number of attendees stated on it. Present your ticket (with the booking number) at entry. Lost tickets can be re-sent from our Resend Ticket page. Tickets may not be resold commercially.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all charges — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your payment instrument details. If money is debited but your booking fails (e.g. the event sold out during payment), we automatically initiate a full refund — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Events may be postponed or cancelled due to weather, permissions, artist availability, or other circumstances. If an event is cancelled by us, all bookings are refunded in full automatically. If postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may cancel at any time before the event for a full refund.

Follow venue rules and organiser instructions. We may refuse entry or remove attendees who are disruptive, unsafe, or violate heritage-site regulations, without refund. Events take place at historical sites and public spaces — you attend at your own risk; parents/guardians are responsible for accompanying minors.

Site content (text, images, branding, event descriptions) belongs to us or our licensors. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission. Photography/videography at events may be restricted at certain heritage sites; we may photograph events for promotion — tell us at the venue if you don't wish to appear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses (travel, accommodation, etc.) arising from event changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
