Overview
Silsila sells tickets to events — nothing physical is ever shipped.
1. Delivery method
Your ticket is delivered electronically by email, to the email address provided at booking, immediately after payment is confirmed (usually within minutes).
2. Didn't receive it?
Check spam/promotions folders first; you can re-send your ticket anytime from our Resend Ticket page, or from My Bookings if you have an account.
3. Charges
There are no delivery or shipping charges — the checkout price is the total price.
