If we cancel, every booking is refunded in full automatically. If an event is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date, or you can cancel anytime before the event for a full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are initiated immediately on cancellation. Banks typically credit the amount within 5–7 working days, occasionally longer depending on your bank.
